11- 22-2008  System outage for approximately 12 hours due to equipment failure at central office. large  area affected. techs were dispatched and service was restored at 6:30 AM Sunday morning.

11-23-2008    Preformed tests of circuits 1 and 2, started at 6pm. ended at 10 pm.

11-24-2008   380 Communications center has tested good, problem outside of facility.

11-25-2008    System down at 7:30PM, problem with Verizon lines or equipment, Verizon is Trouble Shooting, problem appears to be in Norfolk .
